Video of Pleo at DEMO2006
CNet has video of Pleo at Ugobe’s booth at DEMO2006. They talk with Bob Christopher, Ugobe’s CEO. Christopher says Ugobe has, “created a life-form operating system that brings robots to life.” This software allows Pleo to move in a life-like and organic way. The video shows Caleb Chung playing with Pleo, showing how he responds to touch.
Christopher also says that they’re selling the product as a pet not as a toy. He also says Ugobe’s target market is, “under 12 and over 22″.
